Rafael Morado

Rafael Morado is an experienced professional in the gaming and blockchain sectors, currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at 1kx and as the Founder of Rudderless Consulting, which focuses on blockchain consumer applications. With a diverse background, Rafael has held significant roles including VP of Creative Production at Dapper Labs, where development of entertainment and blockchain infrastructure was a focus, and contributions to product strategy at Lattice Labs. Prior roles include Senior Game Designer at CCP and various positions at Ubisoft Montreal, culminating in extensive experience in game design, user experience, and academic instruction in game design principles. Rafael holds a Master's degree in Game Design from ENJMIN, a Master's in Communication Technologies from Université Paris 8, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication - Advertising from UNI-BH.
