Despina Ypsilanti

Despina Ypsilanti is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Director of UI/UX at 1NCE since May 2023, where oversight of the entire design process and collaboration with teams and customers ensures user-centric experiences. Previously, Ypsilanti was the UI/UX Lead at 1NCE, managing the UX design workflow across departments. As an early investor in Cuibo Creative, Ypsilanti supports its mission to create impactful brands. Prior roles include Product Design & UX Lead at Mavenir, where responsibilities expanded after the acquisition of Telestax, and Applications Team Lead and Product Design Lead at Telestax, overseeing product design and team management during the company’s growth. Ypsilanti's career began as a UX Design Lead at Telestax and includes extensive experience in various design projects as a self-employed contractor.
