Carolyn Chan

Carolyn Chan, CPA, currently serves as the Sr. Director of External Reporting at 1Password, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn worked at Under Armour as the Director of External Reporting & Technical Accounting from April 2021 to June 2022. Carolyn's extensive experience in external reporting began at OpenText, where Carolyn held the role of Sr. Director of External Reporting for over a decade, following previous positions as Director of External Reporting and External Reporting Manager. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Business/Management from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2000 and 2005.
