Chanel Sansregret

Chanel Sansregret, MSc., currently serves as the People Programs Lead at 1Password, where responsibilities include designing and managing the employee experience strategy to enhance engagement and belonging. Prior to this role, Chanel co-owned three locations of Les Chocolats Favoris Inc., overseeing operations and employee management while implementing strategies for efficiency and profitability. Experience also includes serving as the Talent Management Program Lead at SSENSE, focusing on talent retention and organizational development, as well as various positions at Willis Towers Watson, providing expertise in talent management strategies. Educationally, Chanel holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Organizational Development from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Université de Montréal.
