Cody McDonald

Cody McDonald is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in customer education, training development, and operational management. Currently serving as the Manager of CX Development at 1Password, Cody previously held the position of Technical Curriculum Developer at LaunchDarkly, where major accomplishments included creating a self-serve customer education program and a Learning Management System that achieved significant user engagement and training metrics. Prior to that, as Learning and Development Manager at Linode, Cody designed impactful training programs that significantly reduced onboarding time for new employees and enhanced employee skills.
