Rachel Nackman

Rachel Nackman currently serves as Senior Manager of Engineering Operations & Programs at 1Password, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Maven Clinic from September 2021 to July 2023 as a Senior Engineering Manager, where leadership was provided to two distributed product engineering teams focused on healthcare tools. Rachel's experience also includes serving as Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Betterment from February 2018 to September 2021, where notable contributions included leading a team during the transition to remote work and implementing accessibility standards. Earlier in the career, Rachel worked as a Software Engineer at Micah Walter Studio, developing software for cultural institutions. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in History of Art and Archaeology from The Institute of Fine Arts, NYU, and a certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from the Flatiron School.
