Stuart W. Fowler

Mr. Fowler has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering consulting industry, leading a highly diversified, global high-end building engineering design practice and as a technical expert in the field of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) services design. Mr. Fowler has led multi-region operations and expanded the application of our high-end innovation in design and buildings systems analytics. He has led Tetra Tech’s global High Performance Buildings growth initiative to provide best-in-class services for our local and multinational clients worldwide. He is a Fellow, a Chartered Professional Engineer, and an Engineering Executive of the Institution of Engineers, Australia. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer (Victoria, Australia). Mr. Fowler holds a Bachelor of Engineering (HONS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and has completed the Senior Executive Program at London Business School.
