Rik Carranza

Rik Carranza is a versatile professional with a diverse background in customer training and entertainment. Currently serving as a Customer Training Specialist and Onboarding Specialist at 1Password since March 2023, Rik previously hosted an evening radio show at Pure Radio Scotland from February to September 2023. At Apple, from October 2018 to February 2023, Rik held various roles, including Creative Pro, where responsibilities included conducting training sessions and mentoring colleagues. Experience as a standup comedian, the only Scottish/Filipino comedian on the UK circuit, showcases Rik's unique perspective and ability to connect through humor at major comedy venues. Earlier career roles include Sales Specialist at Three UK and support work at Autism Initiatives. Rik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Edinburgh Napier University.
