Rachel Amulya

Rachel Amulya, CSPO, currently serves as a Customer Training Specialist and Senior Product Specialist at Zenoti since July 2022. Previously, Rachel held positions at Instancy, Inc. as a Product Documentation/Online Help Writer/Designer from October 2018 to May 2022, and at ETG Global Services in Hyderabad as a Senior Editor-Content Specialist in 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Content Specialist at Dataserv Inc., where responsibilities encompassed content creation and management, and as a Content Writer at YINSOL. Rachel began her career at Iridium Interactive Limited as a Team Leader focused on quality analysis. Academically, Rachel earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from St. Anns College of Education, and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology from Kasturba Gandhi College.
