Rob Hanslip

Rob Hanslip is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Support at 1Password since 2012, Rob oversees a team of 155 Customer Support Agents, Team Leads, and Managers, while also managing various HR functions such as hiring, terminations, and performance evaluations. Prior to this role, Rob worked as the Operations Manager for Canada at Hangers Fashion Warehouse Inc. from 1990 to 2011, where responsibilities included collaborating with the CEO on organizational strategy, managing HR and accounting functions, and ensuring that sales management partnerships met growth objectives.
