Francesco Catapano's work experience begins in 2016 as a Social Media Blogger and Articolista for Consulenza Social Media. In 2014, they also served as a Content Editor and Press Office Manager for Equoevento Onlus. In 2015, they became a Co-Founder, Content Editor, Social Media Manager, and Press Office Manager for Honula www.honula.com.

In 2016, Catapano joined Teleperformance Portugal as a Customer Service Representative for social media and advertising. Within the same company, they later became a First Line Manager from June 2017 to November 2018. From November 2018 to May 2021, they served as a Manager of Operations, responsible for ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) for 12 markets.
