Ronak Ahluwalia

Ronak Ahluwalia is a seasoned professional in customer success and onboarding, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Onboarding at 1Password since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ronak held various positions at Benevity from September 2018 to April 2023, including Manager of Professional Services and Senior Implementation Consultant. At Sprout At Work, from May 2013 to September 2018, Ronak was a key leadership team member as Senior Manager of Client Success, contributing to strategic direction and revenue growth. Ronak began the career as a Client Success Coach and Support Team Intern, following a solid academic foundation with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Sports Administration from Laurentian University.
