Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the health and retail sectors. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university lecturer teaching applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
