Amy Goldschmiedt, MSHR, PHR has extensive Human Resources experience. Amy Goldschmiedt, began their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at GARDEN STATE UROLOGY LLC. In 2015, they moved to the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as a Benefits Coordinator. In 2017, they joined Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group as a Benefits Specialist and then a Benefits Coordinator. In 2020, they returned to the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as an HR Communications & Benefits Manager. Most recently, they began working at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union in 2021 as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Benefits and Compliance Manager.

Amy Goldschmiedt, MSHR, PHR obtained their Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Scranton in 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2011. Additionally, they hold certifications in Strategic Human Resources (obtained in February 2020 from LinkedIn), Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits (obtained in January 2020 from LinkedIn), and Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) (obtained in November 2017 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI).
