Denise Chavez

Denise Chavez is an experienced leader in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as the Director of Mortgage Lending and previously as the Mortgage Operations Manager at 1st Advantage Federal Credit Union since May 2018. Prior to this role, Denise held the title of Senior Vice President of Operations at The Money Source Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing operations performance across retail, wholesale, and correspondent channels, managing funding goals exceeding $1 billion. Earlier in the career, Denise served as VP, National Wholesale Operations Manager at Pacific Union Financial, and held various managerial positions focused on operational efficiency, training, and staffing across multiple organizations, including Walker Jackson Mortgage Corporation, Mason Dixon Funding, Fannie Mae, and Aurora Loan Services.
