Jeff Lurie

Jeff Lurie is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in coaching, real estate, law enforcement, and business consulting. As the owner of 38 Seconds Coaching since November 2021, Jeff aims to foster a "people first" mindset among leaders. In addition, a role as a business consultant at Policereports.ai since August 2024 highlights a focus on security and confidentiality. Jeff also oversees national franchise development at 1st Class Real Estate while serving as Owner/CEO of 1st Class Real Estate Barn Door Homes since 2011, achieving over $50 million in real estate sales. A former Police Lieutenant with the Suffolk Police Department from 2009 to 2022, Jeff has held progressive roles within the police force, including detective and sergeant.
