Joe Blackshere

Joe Blackshere has extensive experience in real estate and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Realtor at 1st Class Real Estate since December 2021, Joe also holds the position of Chief Experience Officer at Signal Home Solutions, LLC since September 2016. Prior to these roles, Joe spent nearly 19 years as Senior Manager of Operations Support at Westlake Hardware until September 2022. Joe's academic credentials include a BSBA in Marketing/Communications and a Bachelor of Science in Sales and Marketing Operations/Marketing and Distribution Teacher Education from Missouri Western State University, as well as an MBA from Webster University.
