Kim Dunklee is a seasoned Real Estate Agent with extensive experience spanning several roles in marketing, sales, and customer service. Currently at 1st Class Real Estate since December 2018, Kim specializes in representing buyers and sellers, writing and negotiating contracts, and developing a personal brand. Previous experience includes working as a Realtor/Consultant at Brian F. Saunders & Associates and as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Tower Park, where responsibilities ranged from liquidating businesses to advertising merchandise.
