William Pizzichil

William Pizzichil is a seasoned compliance and risk management professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at 1st Colonial Community Bank since February 2023, Pizzichil previously held various executive roles at Customers Bank from November 2015 to October 2022, including Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, where responsibilities included oversight of the bank’s compliance risk management program and serving as a regulatory liaison. Pizzichil has also worked as Chief Compliance Officer and SVP, managing compliance and corrective actions, and has experience as Director of Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance Risk Officer.
