Carolyn Deraad

Carolyn DeRaad has over 25 years of experience in product management and technical support roles. Currently serving as the Director of Product Support at 1st Financial Bank USA since August 2007, Carolyn also held the position of Senior Product Manager during this tenure. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager at Perfect Commerce and Technical Manager for Global Services at Commerce One. Carolyn began their career as a Systems Engineer at The Credit Store and has held various consulting and support positions at Keyfile Corporation and Best Business Products. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with majors in Economics and Political Science, and a minor in Mathematics from the University of South Dakota.
