Elysa Robin

Elysa Robin is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at 1st MidAmerica Credit Union since March 2020, Elysa is responsible for overseeing HR policies and programs. Prior experience includes a tenure at the American Property Casualty Insurance Association, where Elysa held multiple senior HR positions, focusing on employment policies, benefits, and employee relations. Elysa also contributed to human resources at Gas Technology Institute, ABN AMRO, and GATX, gaining extensive expertise in recruitment, training, and compliance. Elysa holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University.
