Joe Zavaglia

Joe Zavaglia possesses extensive experience in the banking industry and consulting. Serving as a Board Director at 1st Security Bank of Washington since September 2011, Joe also operates Zavaglia Consulting, LLC, focusing on retail and small business banking consulting since February 2008. Additionally, Joe runs From the Heart of Italy, an Italian cooking school offering intimate cooking classes. Prior roles include Director of Extension Programs at Pacific Coast Banking School and EVP of the Retail Banking Group at FIRST MUTUAL BANK, along with senior leadership positions at Bank of America and Rainier Bank. Joe's educational background includes degrees from Seattle University and Western Washington University, complemented by training at the Pacific Coast Banking School.
