Rich Hwang

Rich Hwang is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in underwriting and management. Currently serving as Underwriting Manager at 1st Security Bank of Washington since January 2015, Rich has previously held positions as an Underwriter at Umpqua Bank (formerly Sterling Savings Bank), AVP and Fulfillment Team Leader at Bank of America, and Senior Underwriter at Wells Fargo. Rich began a career in underwriting at MILA Inc. and possesses advanced academic credentials, including an MBA in Finance from City University and a BS in Economics from the University of Washington.
