Michael Paulman

Michael Paulman has a strong background in the banking industry, with experience in various leadership roles. Michael most recently served as the SVP & Chief Lending Officer at 1ST SUMMIT BANK since October 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President, Commercial Market Executive at Citizens Neighborhood Bank, A Division of Riverview Bank from January 2016 to October 2019. Michael also held the position of Vice President of Lending at Citizens National Bank of Meyersdale from October 2006 to December 2015. Before that, they worked as a Senior Credit Officer at Ameriserv Financial from March 2003 to October 2006.

Michael Paulman attended the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting.
