Previously, they have held various leadership positions at 1st United Credit Union, including Vice President of Retail Sales and Experience, Vice President of Retail Branch Operations, Vice President of Consumer Lending, Group Retail Branch Manager, Project and Systems Manager, and Retail Branch Manager. With a strong focus on sales growth, member experience improvement, and talent development, they have made notable contributions to the organization. Their educational background includes attending Western CUNA Management School and graduating from Alameda High School.
