Hilary Downes is an accomplished Senior Producer with extensive experience in management, strategic planning, and production across various media formats. Currently at 1stAveMachine since February 2017, Hilary has also worked as a Senior Producer in a freelance capacity since 2003. Notable roles include Executive Producer at Passion Pictures and Senior Producer at ODD - Office of Development & Design. Hilary has demonstrated expertise in overseeing schedules, budgets, and the delivery of projects, as well as hiring and managing creative teams.
