Stephen Wood

Stephen Wood has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Stephen started their career at Apple in 2010 as an Expert, achieving top market revenue and coaching peers to improve One to One enrollment. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at RedStream Technology as a Sales & Recruiting Assistant, helping clients meet their business goals through effective hiring. Stephen then joined 1stdibs.com in 2015 as a Salesforce Administrator, where they integrated Salesforce with home-grown customer data and implemented support centers using Salesforce Community Cloud. At Yext, they served as a Salesforce Administrator from 2017 to 2018, managing digital knowledge for businesses. Currently, Stephen is working at 1stDibs as a Director of Product Management since September 2022.

Stephen Wood attended Texas State University from 2005 to 2010, where they studied Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in 2010, Salesforce Certified Administrator in 2016, and Salesforce Advanced Administrator in 2018.
