Kathy Morgan

Kathy Morgan is an experienced professional in the solar energy industry, currently serving as the Commercial Operations and Portfolio Manager at 1st Light Energy Inc since June 2014. In this role, Kathy manages communications with commercial portfolio customers, oversees contract creation, and ensures project completion in collaboration with design and the commercial team. Additionally, Kathy has held the position of Administrative Operations Manager since December 2012, leading a team responsible for managing the Rebate and Interconnection processes across multiple divisions. Kathy’s career at 1st Light Energy began as a Commercial Project Specialist, where responsibilities included managing rebate paperwork and securing necessary approvals. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Sierra Plastering, focusing on invoicing and payroll. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
