Abhigyan Arora

Abhigyan Arora is an experienced professional in the field of psychology, currently serving as a Counsellor at 1to1help.net since July 2023. Previously, Abhigyan worked as an Associate Sports Psychologist at PHYSIO KARMA from July 2022 to July 2023, specializing in the counselling and brain training of sportspersons to enhance their alignment of mind and body for optimal performance. Abhigyan holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Gujarat Forensic Sciences University, obtained in July 2022, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Psychology from AMITY University Gurgaon, completed in 2020.
