Doug Williams

Doug Williams is currently the VP of Strategic Alliances, Architecture at 1upHealth. Prior to this position, Doug served as the Interim CTO for 2020 On-site from January 2019 to December 2020. 2020 On-site is a company that delivers vision care benefits to businesses.

Before 2020 On-site, Doug was the Chief Technology Officer for iSpecimen from January 2015 to December 2018. iSpecimen is an online marketplace that connects healthcare organizations with researchers who need access to patients, specimens, and data.

Doug has also served as the VP of Engineering for FitnessKeeper, Inc. from January 2012 to December 2015 and as an Entrepreneur in Residence for 3i Venture Partners from April 2006 to June 2006.

Lastly, Doug was the VP of Engineering and Information Technology for Zipcar from January 2006 to December 2012.

Doug Williams has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSEE from Princeton University. Doug was valedictorian of their high school class and a National Merit Scholar.

Doug Williams reports to Joe Gagnon, CEO. They are on a team with Donald Rucker - Chief Strategy Officer, Judy Chong - VP, Marketing, and Nolan Kelly - VP, Sales.
