Jane McGrath is a mission-driven strategist and innovator, currently Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, Planning & Partnerships at American Bible Society. She is recognized for connecting vision with execution, pioneering digital transformation, and cultivating partnerships that inspire generosity and impact.
Since joining ABS in 2009, Jane has served in a series of transformative leadership roles. As Senior Manager of Digital Giving & Engagement, she launched ABS’s first digital fundraising and engagement strategies for the organization. She then advanced to Senior Manager of Innovation serving all levels of Development channels and later Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation, where she led enterprise digital strategies, website reengineering and digital innovation that modernized ABS’s platforms and fueled global ministry growth.
Earlier in her career, Jane served as Director and Business Administrator at Windsor Christian Academy, overseeing all aspects of the private school’s operations and education. She began her professional journey in retail as a Merchandise Manager and Buyer at Strawbridge & Clothier, where she gained deep expertise in operations, category management, and customer engagement.
Jane holds a B.S. in Human Development and Organizational Studies from Penn State University, a Certificate in Organizational Leadership and MBA from Cairn University, and a Certificate in Women’s Ministry from AACC. She has also earned advanced leadership certifications in resilience, advanced conversations, visibility, and hybrid team success.
