Raquel Brainard

Raquel Brainard, NASM CPT, Epic CT, currently serves as an Implementation Manager at 1upHealth, Inc. since October 2022. In addition, Raquel has been a Trainer and Project Manager at Corridor Group since July 2016, while also fulfilling the role of Independent Beachbody Coach and Certified Insanity Instructor with AdvoCare since February 2016. Raquel has extensive experience in fitness, managing TRX classes at Get Bent since January 2015, and has held significant positions in healthcare operations, including Billing and AR Manager at Center for Hospice Care from April 2013 to July 2016, and Manager of Outpatient Rehab and Revenue Cycle at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital from January 2009 to November 2012. Raquel began the career in healthcare as an Office Manager and Billing Specialist for the Suquamish Tribe from July 2007 to May 2012 and has also worked as a Managed Care Denial Analyst at The William W. Backus Hospital. Raquel holds a degree from Charter Oak State College, completed between 2012 and 2014.
