Jason Velivlis

Jason Velivlis has over 25 years of professional experience in the U.S. Navy. Jason began their career in 1995 as a student pilot, receiving professional pilot training in various aircraft types. In 2010, they became the Director of Air Warfare Test & Evaluation, leading a team of 20 active-duty military, government civilians and 45 civilian contractor analysts. Jason has also served as an Operations Officer aboard the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS George Washington, and as the Executive Officer and Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 136. Most recently, they have been a Senior Warfare Analyst at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc. since 2020.

Jason Velivlis obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1990 and 1994. Jason then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in National Security and Strategic Studies from the United States Naval War College between 2008 and 2009.
