Mike Senseney

Mike Senseney has over 30 years of professional experience in the aerospace industry. Mike began their career in 1989 as a Flight Test Engineer at the US Air Force Flight Test Center, where they developed and executed flight test plans, analyzed data, and wrote test reports. In 1993, they moved to the United States Air Force as an Air-Launched Missile Propulsion Analyst, where they performed technical assessments of propulsion systems for air launched missiles. In 1997, they were promoted to Test and Evaluation Flight Commander at the US Air Force Ogden Air Logistics Center, where they led a 45-man unit tasked with conducting life-cycle surveillance testing on USAF munitions. In 2001, they became the Chief of the Delay and Denial Programs Branch at the US Air Force Electronic Systems Center, where they managed Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, remotely-operated weapon, directed-energy weapon, and other delay/denial systems. In 2003, they were promoted to Chief of the Test, Technology, and Experimentation Division at US Air Force Special Operations Command, where they led a 40-member team assessing advanced technologies to satisfy needs of special operations warfighters. In 2008, they were promoted to Commander of the 572d Aircraft Sustainment Squadron at the United States Air Force, where they led a 96-member team of program managers, logisticians, engineers and equipment specialists. In 2010, they became the Lead Program Manager at L-3 Communications-TCS, where they managed cost, schedule, and performance of aircraft modification and technical support programs. In 2016, they were promoted to Engineering Manager at TCS Aerospace, LLC, where they led a 20-person team of mechanical, electrical, systems, and field support engineers. Mike currently serves as Senior Engineer at 2 Circle Consulting, Inc.

Mike Senseney obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1985-1989. Mike then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Aeronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology from 1993-1994. Additionally, they obtained a Private Pilot--Single Engine Land certification from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA in August 1984, as well as Program Management Level III, Systems Engineering Level III, and Test and Evaluation Level II certifications from the Defense Acquisition University.
