Laura Potter, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Recruitment and Retention Manager at 2 Sisters Food Group, a role undertaken since January 2022, focusing on the employee lifecycle and leading initiatives on operational insights and attraction techniques. Prior to this, Laura was a People Resourcer at Westward Housing Group from April 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and supporting HR services. Laura's earlier experience includes roles as HR Coordinator at Aptus Recruitment Ltd, Recruitment Consultant at Manpower UK and The Range, and Assistant Buyer and Buying Associate at BHS. Academically, Laura holds a Level 5 CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from Exeter College and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Spanish from the University of Exeter, along with international experience through studies at Universidad de Burgos.
