Conway is an experienced leader in R&D innovation and scientific informatics, currently serving as Chief Visioneer Officer at 20/15 Visioneers since November 2019, focusing on enhancing culture, data processes, and technology in BioPharma and other industries. As a Scientific and Commercial Advisory Board Member at Altis Labs, Conway provides strategic insights while also managing operations at Courser Hill Farm. Previous roles include Chief Commercial Officer at Riffyn, Head of R&D IT at AstraZeneca, and Global Director of R&D Innovation at Accenture.
