Shelley Raab

Shelley is a Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s New York office. She has more than 15 years of talent acquisition experience filling executive and individual contributor roles across functions and industries for mid-size and start-up companies. She has executed search assignments for real estate owners, operators, developers, consultants and investment managers. Shelley brings deep experience in human capital strategy, executive mentoring and coaching.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Shelley was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Landa Properties, an early stage realtech startup in hyper-growth mode, filling real estate, financial services, legal and customer success roles nationwide. Before Landa, Shelley managed the talent acquisition and HR needs for National Real Estate Advisors in Washington, DC and National Real Estate Development in Philadelphia, PA. Previously, as Senior Director of HR and Operations at Macro Consultants, Shelley led the talent acquisition and HR needs for the real estate capital project management consulting firm.

Shelley’s background provides her with extensive knowledge of the real estate and financial services industries, HR expertise, and a broad network of contacts.

She is SHRM-SCP and coaching certified.

Shelley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College.
