Prior to this, Alexis worked at FMC Corporation as a Global Talent Management Specialist, where Alexis led various talent management initiatives and was a point of contact for training and development needs. Alexis has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
