Porter Braswell has a diverse work experience. Porter is the Founder and CEO of 2045 Studio, a portfolio of brands dedicated to humanizing diversity. Porter is also the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Jopwell, a career advancement platform for Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals. Additionally, they are a Trustee at The Lawrenceville School and a Host for the Race at Work podcast on Harvard Business Review. Braswell is an author of the book "Let Them See You - The Guide For Leveraging Your Diversity At Work" and has also served as an Angel Track at First Round Capital.
