Shradha Chopra

Shradha Chopra is an experienced professional in coaching and leadership development, currently serving as the Founder and Lead Coach at 237 Talent since October 2019, where bespoke coaching for entrepreneurs and leaders is provided through an empathy-based approach. Shradha also holds several roles, including Head of Growth and Expansion for Fluence in the Middle East, Leadership Coach for ExecOnline and EZRA Coaching, and a member of the Advisory Council for Fintech Tuesdays. Additional positions include Associate Partner at SHL, Channel Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership, and Advisor at Numuun.io. Previously, Shradha was Vice President of Human Resources at BNP Paribas, overseeing talent development for a large workforce across Asia Pacific. Educationally, Shradha earned a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
