Dr. Alula Hayato Izumi

Dr. Alula Hayato Izumi serves as the Head of HR & GA at Paidy, a leading Buy Now, Pay Later service in Japan, since September 2021. Prior to this role, strategic expertise was demonstrated as a Partner in the Strategy Consulting Practice at Logical Choice Co., Ltd. from March 2018 to August 2021, and as a Manager in the Management Consulting Practice at PERSOL Holdings Co., Ltd. from August 2014 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a Product Control Associate at Crédit Agricole CIB from July 2010 to July 2014. Currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration in Behavioral Finance at the Paris School of Business, Dr. Izumi also holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from GLOBIS University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Geneva.
