Rohan Bairat has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rohan is currently the CEO and Founder of 21Senses, a company focused on combating climate change through gas sensing technology. Prior to this, Rohan served as a Member of the CEO Pavilion at Pavilion. Rohan also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business from 2011 to 2023. In addition, Rohan held leadership positions at Spreedly as the SVP of Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services, Innovapptive Inc as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales, and PROS as the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success. Earlier in their career, they worked at Complete Solutions as a Project Manager and Solutions Architect and at BearingPoint as a Management Analyst. Throughout their career, Rohan has been successful in achieving revenue growth, exceeding quotas, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Rohan Bairat has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University - S.S.Jondhale C.O.E., which they achieved from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2002 to 2003. Following that, they completed an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business between 2007 and 2009. Most recently, in 2020, they attended Kellogg Executive Education for a program called "High-Impact Selling: A Toolkit for Success."
