Chris Blair is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic leadership and supply chain management. Currently serving as CEO of 21st Century since January 1999, Chris has focused on the strategic growth and execution for the company. Prior roles include Supply Chain Executive at SABMiller, Commercial Manager at IDC, and DBA at IBM, where responsibility included managing databases across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Early career experience includes serving as Production Manager at Anglo American South Africa. Chris holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Performativity of Executive Pay from Lancaster University, an MBA in Leadership & Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
