Cindy Brooks

Cindy Brooks has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. Cindy currently holds the position of SVP Human Resources Manager at 21st Century Bank since August 2022. Previously, they worked at Dolphin Group Companies, where they held various roles, including VP of Human Resources from January 2010 to April 2023, Human Resources Director from January 2007 to January 2010, Human Resources Manager from January 2002 to January 2007, and Human Resources Generalist from August 1997 to January 2002.

Cindy Brooks completed their Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at St. Paul's College of Education from 1995 to 1997. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Cardinal Stritch University from 1997 to 1999.
