Alyssa Spaldi

Alyssa Spaldi has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Alyssa started their career as a Summer Camp Youth Associate at Palm Harbor United Methodist Church, where they provided pick-up and drop-off services to camp families and mentored a group of 3rd grade students during the summer. Alyssa then worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of North Florida, overseeing a residence hall and building relationships with students. Alyssa also gained experience in marketing and sales as a Marketing and Sales Associate at Apple Valley Country Stores, where they handled cash transactions, managed inventory, and provided excellent customer service.

In 2018, Alyssa joined 21st Mortgage Corporation as a Financial Counselor, where they serviced loans, managed accounts, and established payment plans and budgets with customers. Alyssa then transitioned to the role of Associate Business Development Manager, where they held a sales territory on the east coast and established relationships with manufactured housing community owners and operators. Currently, Alyssa works as an Associate Credit Manager at 21st Mortgage Corporation, where they collect and reviews documentation for mortgage underwriting, communicates with consumers and sellers/retailers, and underwrites and determines creditworthiness of applicants.

Throughout their work experience, Alyssa has demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, the ability to build relationships, and proficiency in managing accounts and meeting goals.

Alyssa Spaldi's education history begins with their high school diploma from Palm Harbor University High School, which they obtained in 2015. Alyssa then pursued higher education and attended St. Petersburg College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree. Following that, they enrolled in the University of North Florida from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing.

In addition to their formal education, Alyssa Spaldi also obtained a certification as a Mortgage Loan Originator from NMLS in July 2021.
