Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith has a diverse work experience in the finance and mortgage industry. Elizabeth started their career as a Financial Counselor at 21st Mortgage Corporation, where they helped customers with payment plans and financial goals. Elizabeth then took on a role as an Associate Legal Coordinator, assisting with legal and bankruptcy files. Elizabeth later became a Legal Coordinator, handling foreclosures, repossession actions, and evictions. Elizabeth then transitioned to the role of Associate Business Development Manager, covering a territory of key states and offering financing options to retailers. Elizabeth then advanced to become a Business Development Manager and Senior Business Development Manager at the company. In their most recent role at 21st Mortgage, they serve as the Director of Business Development - Communities, leading a team of Business Development Managers in assisting community owners and operators with their financing needs. Prior to their time at 21st Mortgage, Elizabeth worked as a Marketing Research Intern at Merrill Lynch.
