Jim Hunt has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jim started their career at Capital City Bank, where they served as Vice President in the business banking department. During this time, they played a crucial role in the transition from independent banks to a holding company and was directly involved in business development and lending responsibilities.

In 1997, Jim founded ElectroNet Intermedia Consulting, an Internet Service Provider in Tallahassee. Jim successfully led the company to become one of the first providers of broadband services in Florida and a leading Internet marketing firm in North Florida. Under their leadership, ElectroNet handled web-based services for some of the state's largest financial institutions and healthcare providers.

After their tenure at ElectroNet, Jim took on various roles in different organizations. Jim joined TalTech Alliance as the Founding Director and later served as the Past Chairman. Jim also co-founded Kind Hospitality Intelligence and served as a Board Director until 2014.

In 2006, Jim joined Moore Communications Group as Vice President, where they played a significant role until 2015. In 2015, they joined Coaxis International as the Executive Vice President and COO, contributing to the company's operations until 2018.

In 2018, Jim became a Managing Partner and COO at 223_Agency and held this position until the present. Jim also worked as a Partner and Director of Strategic Initiatives at FSU Football SodTalk from 2014 to the present.

Jim's work experience also includes a brief stint as Partner and Director of Strategic Initiatives at App Innovators, LLC in 2018.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, contributing to the success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Jim Hunt has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Florida State University - College of Business. Jim also completed a graduate degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Florida School of Banking.
