Michaela Kolander

Michaela (Micki) Kolander, PMP, is an experienced project manager with a strong background in operations and team leadership. Currently serving as a Project Manager at 22nd Century Group, Inc. since June 2022, Michaela has previously held project management positions at Spiceology and Pearson Packaging Systems. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Michaela excelled as the Director of Operations at Express Scripts, where significant improvements in service ratings were achieved. Early career roles include leadership in operations management at Medco and volunteer coordination with Habitat for Humanity. Michaela holds an MS in Leadership with an emphasis on Crisis Management and Disaster Preparedness from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Mathematics from Auburn University at Montgomery.
