Chetan Vatsyayen has extensive experience in leadership roles within customer success and operations, currently serving as SVP of Customer Success and Professional Services at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. since 2019. Prior positions include Director of Customer Experience at SnehTech, LLC., Senior Vice President at de facto infotech, and Vice President at both Bara Infoware, Inc. and 22nd Century Technologies Inc. Chetan's career began as Manager of Operations at ISA Sofftech Solutions, Pvt. Ltd., progressing to Sr. Manager of Operations at Excel Callnet. Chetan holds an MBA in Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Economics from Panjab University.
