Steve Smith

Steve Smith is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various banking institutions. Currently, Steve serves as the Founder, CEO, and President of Always.bank since March 2024. Prior to this venture, Steve held the position of CEO and President at 22nd State Bank since December 2015, alongside previous roles at First US Bank, Republic Business Credit, LLC, and Wells Fargo Bank, where leadership experience included Senior Vice President and Vice President positions. Steve's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Auburn University at Montgomery, an ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking degree, and a Wharton Leadership Certificate from The Wharton School, all of which enhance a solid foundation in banking and executive management.
